1) Shoes purchased as a gift for someone else or a phone order can be returned within 21 days for a refund (only on in stock items).
2) Shoes purchased in-store and tried on can only be returned within 21 days for store credit. Items must be in box and unworn.
3) All sale items are final sales.
4) Special orders are final and require a deposit.
5) Lay-a-ways left over 30 days lose their deposit.
6) Orthotics, socks and accessories are final sales.
7) Evening shoes are final sales.
8) Coupons cannot be applied to sale items.
9) We will charge your credit card upon shipment of your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
10) We respect your online time and privacy. Com-fit Shoes never releases your personal information or email address and it is always held private. We keep your email solely for the purpose of sending messages on our new arrivals, special events and sales.
COM-FIT SHOES SHIPPING POLICY
Com-Fit Shoes ships via USPS or UPS ground insured service to any continental U.S. address (no PO Boxes). Our delivery charges are as follows:
Continental U.S. ground shipments;
Regardless of size and weight 1 pair = $9.00, 2 pairs = $10.00. More than 2 pairs will be charged by weight of the items.
